My Mission as a Therapist

My mission is to help people transform their personal and relationship challenges into life-enhancing opportunities for growth.

I provide a safe space for healing and resolving problems so my clients can attain peace in their inner lives and relationships.

My Philosophy of Healing

I believe that life is 10 percent what happens to you and 90 percent how you respond to it.

You can’t always control what happens in your life, but you always have control over your reactions and behaviors. When you focus on the things that you can control, true healing can occur.

Counseling Style

I use a collaborative counseling approach, whether working with individuals, couples,  or children and their parents. You set the direction and goals of therapy, and together we work towards achieving your goals.

Being kind and compassionate towards yourself is encouraged as you work to solve your problems.

I have a natural enthusiasm for my work, which helps to inspire hope for change in my clients, as I know change is always possible.

With empathy, I work to help you become more aware of the judgments and negative feelings you have about yourself so you can develop a more accurate and positive self-perception. When you feel better about yourself you’ll feel more fulfilled and optimistic about your future.
